Our facilities are as grand as your imagination. In fact, the Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre’s welcoming Pre-Function Space and spacious New Dawn Ballroom, can accommodate a wide variety of events including but not limited to:

With any of our events, we have onsite catering, audio and visual equipment, accommodations, pre and post event activities and everything in between available! We strive to provide you with all necessary and needed components for your event.

PRE-FUNCTION SPACE

Simply by walking through the door you know that this is a special place. The main entrance of the Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre opens to a dazzlingly bright and airy Pre-Function Space. Natural light streams in from large windows and sparkling fixtures hang to resemble a soft winter snowfall creating a stunning first impression. Warm and welcoming, our Pre-Function Space is ideal for meet and greet occasions, coffee breaks, cocktail parties, or registering for events. Additionally, the surrounding glass walkways serve as a magical aisle for the bride or a spectacular showcase for fashion shows.

NEW DAWN BALLROOM

The Pre-Function Space or receiving area of the Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre leads to several meeting spaces. The grandest is the New Dawn Ballroom. Lined with natural BC timber and augmented with acoustic panels for perfect sound distribution, the ballroom is ideal for opening, closing, or plenary sessions, award presentations, gala events, wedding receptions, keynote speaker events, and trade shows. Advanced audio visual technology is included in the design, best represented by two giant projector screens, one at either end of the ballroom. This feature allows for the displaying of the same presentation on both screens at the same time, which is perfect for guests seated at round tables.

NEW DAWN BALLROOM A OR B

With the push of a button the New Dawn Ballroom can be partitioned into two identical spaces, each with their own dedicated projector, screen, and sound system. This flexibility provides for smaller groups or multiple functions.
